About the Role
We are looking for an experienced carpenter who can run jobs independently. You work on home extensions, renovations, bathrooms, maintenance, and energy efficiency upgrades throughout Friesland, Groningen, and Drenthe.
In this position you deliver visible build quality: structural timberwork, finish carpentry, renovations, maintenance, and insulation upgrades where dimensional accuracy and polite communication matter. Owner and builder Jorrit Heidstra ensures every project is well-prepared so you have the right drawings, materials, and space to work efficiently.
We believe in keeping homeowners clearly informed of progress on site. Trust is just as essential as clean jointing. You get varied projects and the autonomy to leave every job clean and complete. Experience counts, but reliability and genuine craft pride count just as much.

What We Look For
