Free and No-Obligation Consultation
At Heidstra Bouw, every building project begins with a personal conversation. We visit your property to evaluate existing structural conditions, discuss your priorities, and outline feasible construction options. Following this, you receive a transparent, itemized quotation with zero obligation.
Whether you are planning an energy upgrade, home extension, historic renovation, bathroom remodel, or structural maintenance: we work through the optimal approach with you. Our service area covers Friesland, Groningen, and Drenthe.
An inquiry is reviewed in detail by Jorrit Heidstra, owner and construction specialist at Heidstra Bouw. Feel free to include photos, dimensions, your desired timeline, and any questions regarding permits or sustainability; this allows us to assess more quickly which approach is realistic. For larger projects, we prefer to schedule an on-site survey so that we can carefully evaluate the existing situation, utility connections, site access, and finishes before you receive a quotation. This prevents unfounded assumptions and ensures you receive advice tailored to the property, the budget, and the desired schedule.
