The Nieuwstad Project
On Nieuwstad in the historic core of Groningen, we are executing a comprehensive project: a ground-floor extension, total roof renewal with three dormer windows, and front elevation brick restoration.
Foundations, Roof Trusses, and Dormers
The extension rests on driven piles with reinforced ground beams. The main roof structure is being renewed with breathable membranes, high-R insulation, and clay pantiles, alongside three custom lead-clad dormers.
Active Construction
Foundations and shell framing are completed and roof work is progressing smoothly in this sensitive historical setting.
How We Guarantee Quality
